Please be advised that a hearing will take place on January 26, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. in Dept. 84 of the Los Angeles Superior Court, located at 111 N. Hill St., Los Angeles, CA. The subject of the hearing will be confirmation of a sale of the real property located at: 9505 Lania Lane, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. The sale to be confirmed by the Court will be in the minimum of $32.0 million. Any overbids will be in increments of $500,000.00 and must be cash or certified funds. Overbid procedures are as follows:

1. Any overbidders must pre-qualify with Receiver, by January 19, 2007, by furnishing the Receiver with a certified financial statement along with a deposit of 3% (in certified funds) of that overbidder’s offer. The sole exception to the pre-qualification requirement is if an overbidder presents the Court with certified funds at the time of the hearing, sufficient to cover the entire purchase price.

2. Sale must close within ten (10) business days of the Order Confirming Sale, unless the parties agree to close earlier and any contingencies must be waived prior to the hearing.
